The application by Suan Bua School, Bangkok Thailand for designation as a Safe School Community International Accreditation Programme (SSCIAP) demonstrates an outstanding ongoing commitment to developing and maintaining the safety culture and a safe environment at Suan Bua School.

Suan Bua School was established in 1957, and has students from 3 to 12 years old. The application demonstrates that Suan Bua School has a strong parents, teachers and community that actively participate not only in fostering academic excellence but also providing a safe and healthy environment as a basis of raising mentally and physically capable individuals.

It is evident throughout the application that the school places a strong emphasis on inclusion through active involvement and participation for students and staff in activities such as scouting, guiding, and physical education.

Suan Bua School is the one of the first schools in Thailand to be designated under the Safe School Community International Accreditation Programme (SSCIAP), and this is the result of several years of work of all those involved to improve safety for students and staff.

We congratulate Suan Bua School on achieving designation and support its ongoing commitment to SSCIAP.
