Safe Schools
Up one levelSafe School Community International Accreditation Programme, the name reflects the fact that the Safe Schools concept emerged from the International Safe Communities Movement, has an international focus and that its main activity is an accreditation process.
Its vision is to develop an inclusive, cooperative, strong Safe School Community that enhances the social, cultural, environmental and personal wellbeing of all its safe schools. Being accredited as a Safe School Community means that the school and its surrounding community are committed to continually striving to build a safer environment and to developing a culture of appropriate risk management for young people worldwide.
Please be aware that due to withdrawal of funding this initiative is no longer operational.
