Safe Communities

The WHO Collaborative Centre for Safe Communities produce Safe Community Monthly News  to showcase community based safety activities of WHO Safe Communities from around the globe and promote upcoming safety/injury events. These newsletters keeps New Zealand communities in touch with the international Safe Communities movement and provides an international forum to highlight your communities achievements, programs and stories.

Townsville Thuringowa Safe Communities produces a newsletter, as well as an up to date web section on "Hot News" in safety promotion and injury prevention.

Injury Control Council of WA’s Safe Communities E-newsletter is  distributed bimonthly to provide its recipients with valuable community safety and injury prevention information including: project updates, grant information, upcoming events, current publications, useful websites and employment opportunities. 

Safe Communities Queensland has a monthly newsletter. Ther aim is to help promote injury prevention and a culture of safety by sharing information about what works and doesn't work, by sharing sucessess, failures and resources. As well as showcasing communities innovate safety programs. 

Injury Prevention

The latest news from all government agencies and non-government organisations involved in the New Zealand Injury Prevention Strategy, as well as links to NZIPS publications that are available online.

IP News is a free online newsletter that contains the latest news, events and resources in the injury prevention sphere. You can subscribe online and also  view earlier editions

The Injury Prevention Information Centre produces a monthly new injury prevention resource list, including both national and international publications, collated by an experienced librarian , click under the Whats new section.

Safekids produces a quartely newletter on current child safety news, coming events and  initiatives.  

Community
The CommunityNet Aotearoa Panui is a monthly newsletter emailed free to subscribers. The Panui will keep you up-to-date with the developments on the website, community news and the use of computers by tangata whenua and community organisations throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.

Crime Prevention
The International Observer is posted monthly to keep you on top of a diverse selection of crime prevention issues, activities, personalities, events, projects and publications from around the world.
